"My name is Lara Jane Anderson. I'm 8&1/2 years old. My great-grandma, Nonna, is 84 years old, but she's my best pal. She comes to visit us for long visits and soon will be moving in with us. I like to take walks with her and shop with her, and we talk about life when she was young and she helps me with my problems. But most of all I love her because she loves me soo much and she's the sweetest great-grandmother of all." -- handwritten by Lara Anderson
"MY BIOGRAPHY OF JULIA GOZA" by Lara Anderson - Dec 9, 1993:
My great-grandmother's name is Julia Goza. She has white curly hair and blue eyes. She has a small mouth, pale skin.
Julia was born in Atlanta, Georgia in 1909 in a home by Dr. Fisher. It was her grandma's house. Julia has a sister. Her sister's name was Helen. Helen died when she was about 70.
Julia went to school for 11 years. She lived in Atlanta most of her life, until she retired and moved to Florida in 1974.
Julia worked for Southern Bell Telephone from 1927 to 1974. She was the assistant Secretary of Southern Bell, the highest level woman at that time.
My grandma has very high morals and always does the right thing. She is unselfish and kind and is nice to everyone.
I believe my grandma always wanted to be remembered as being a good person and I think she is an inspiration to everyone who has met her.
